As the property market continues to boom in Warwick, house and land packages are selling out fast. Aleva Estate’s own Terry Seirlis said buyers are coming in droves to snatch up what’s left of the great packages on offer. Warwick is seeing a shortage of land and Mr Terry Seirlis has said that Aleva Estate is seeing more enquiries about packages every day. TS:  Aleva Estate was actually brought to me by one of my business connections in Brisbane in 2017 who knew I was in the market to do a residential development in Queensland country. As the COVID-19 blues continue to lock down city centres around Australia, there’s a growing green rush to safer regional centres like Warwick if the red hot sales at local residential subdivision Aleva Estate are anything to go by.
