  Terry Seirlis – Aleva Estate spotlight: Dan Morrish Dan Morrish is a Warwick local who has grown up in the area and appreciates the many opportunities that the town has provided for him. He is a plant operator with the Southern Downs Regional Council and now thanks to Aleva Estate he has been given the opportunity to purchase his first home at just 23 years of age. A:  Yeah, I am from Warwick. From just outside of town actually. Q: What do you like about living in Warwick? Q: When did you first identify the Aleva Estate development opportunity? TS:  Aleva Estate was actually brought to me by one of my business connections in Brisbane in 2017 who knew I was in the market to do a residential development in Queensland country.   Warwick lifestyle red hot due to green rush from Covid blues. As the COVID-19 blues continue to lock down city centres around Australia, there’s a growing green rush to safer regional centres like Warwick if the red hot sales at local residential subdivision Aleva Estate are anything to go by.
